This placeholder policy will be replaced with counsel-reviewed language before launch. If an event is cancelled, every order is refunded in full automatically — fees and taxes included. If an event is rescheduled, your tickets stay valid and you may claim a full self-serve refund for 14 days. Organizers may also grant voluntary refunds at their discretion.
